Duo quirked his lips and ducked out the door. He looked at Zechs once after closed the door behind him before giving in to the urge to giggle. "I never thought I'd see Heero running around in a cock ring. Thank you!"

Duo then turned to look at Wufei, crawling into bed with him as he looked him over; he really was starting to get worried... Of course if he was awake for Duo's comment, that should prove interesting. Wufei wasn't quite awake, he was resisting, but his body was telling him to get up, it was after noon now, and Wufei had been passed out for over ten hours. His eyelids fluttered. Duo heard Zechs pad over to the bed, though his gaze was on Wufei, who he noticed was showing signs of movement.

"Believe me, It was my pleasure to run with that gun. I've never seen a sight quite like that one before, nor will I ever forget it." Zechs settled onto the corner of the bed furthest from Wufei and Duo.

"I want to know where the hell they got the thing! But if it brought out another personality..." Duo shook his head, trying not to giggle again and failing. "I hope they do that again!" Wufei's eye fluttered again and opened. He blinked and looked around.

Duo was peering over his shoulder at Zechs as he hugged on Wufei, and Zechs was shaking his head with a grin. "Yuy? I think that was a one shot view."

Wufei sat up, slowly pushing Duo off of him as he blinked at Zechs. *What the hell just happened?*

Zechs looked to Wufei and caught the look. "You missed a very unique sight after Quatre came tearing through here with Heero's gun." Duo let himself be pushed as he started to giggle again.

Wufei blinked and grunted slowly sinking back into the bed, closing his eyes and rubbing his forehead. *Why is he in here?*

"Naked Quatre being chased by Heero in a cock ring demanding that he get his gun back. Quatre threw it at Zechs, pushed him out the door, then Heero shifted attention, I stopped Trowa and Quatre from making a run for it, of all things, before a *pouting* Heero came to me to ask me to make them give the gun back. Zechs gave it back, then I had to shove Trowa, Quatre and Heero into a room so they could get the poor over aroused boy over his misery slash freedom as it appears that as I had suspected, Heero has two personalities." Wufei studied Duo's face for a moment, nodded once, then bit his lip and sighed. He really didn't feel like talking and he was in doubt that all that had actually *happened*. But, he remembered that he had cried, and rolled over his back to Duo, he was ashamed of himself.

"C'mon Fei! Don't be disappointed! I stopped Trowa from running for it! Maybe when Heero wakes up he'll even be the cool person that I saw. One who talks!" Duo leaned over Wufei, grinning. "Now that your awake again I don't gotta worry. You didn't even move." Wufei nodded once, closing his eyes, wanting to go back to that blissful state he was in, where nothing could harm him. Duo made a small noise. "Don't go back to sleep!" The grin had faded off his face into a look of concern. Then he closed his eyes and hugged Wufei tight. "I'm sorry."

"No." Wufei corrected. "I'm sorry." He tried to shrug the hug off, but he really wanted to be held right now, but he couldn't admit it to himself.

"No! I shouldn't have done that! Then I went and hurt other people because *I* got upset. I apologized to the others, but I forgot you were asleep." Duo held on, unwilling to let go.

"Duo... It's my fault." Wufei said softly and wiggled a little more, wanting to escape and yet, not wanting to escape. He whimpered softly.

"*NO* It's not your fault!" Duo tossed a leg over Wufei as well for a full body hug. "I hurt..." He trailed off. "Three, no four people doing that! It wasn't right of me!" Wufei sighed and just shut his eyes tight and shivered. "I hurt everyone but, no I even hurt Quatre, he had to run outside because of what I did! Zechs had cuts and scratches all over, I left you to shoot at Heero and Trowa, how I have no idea, I hurt Heero's feelings, I have no *idea* what I did to you, but I threatened Trowa... Again. So, I need to apologize, not you." Duo gave Wufei another squeeze.

"What?" Wufei asked and suddenly rolled over in Duo's arms. "What are you talking about?" He looked at Duo, his eyebrows slightly raised. He was really confused. What the Hel? He slammed his eyes shut as pain ran across his brain. *No... Heero came in... Then Duo yelled, then I woke up...* Another stab of pain surged through Wufei and he groaned. *No... Something's missing. Ow...* "Owww..." Wufei groaned and reached up for his head again.

Duo scooted back a little. "Look over at Zechs, That is *my* fault. I got upset and look what I did. And damn it, now I'm hurting you again." Duo's eyes looked a little pained them obviously upset at hurting someone else.

"Ugh..." Wufei groaned. *No... Don't think about it... Open eyes. Concentrate. Nothing happened. It doesn't hurt.*

Duo ducked his head resting it on Wufei's chest. "I'm sorry..."

"Sleep..." Wufei groaned and his head thrashed lightly back and forth. "I need more of your painkillers." He whispered lowly, as if it was too hard for him to speak. The temperature in the room slowly dropped.

Duo felt the temperature change and shook his head harshly. "I'd love to, but we are not repeating what I'm terming the icebox incident. I'll just keep you warm."

Zechs watched the pair. "Would you like for me to go, or am I going to act as a blanket again?"

"Get out." Wufei snarled and the temperature plummeted. *Again?* Wufei thought, and another stab of pain, came again, this time sharper.

Duo glared at Wufei evilly before looking to Zechs. "Go ahead and wander around pet, an close the door, Wufei isn't as nice awake y'know." Duo waited until Zechs left before burrowing into Duo. "Poor guy was scared you'd wake up and kill him, no matter how good a grip I had on him. I heard Quatre say he could stay with him then those other three off an leave him on his own. Mighty rude."

"Grip?" Wufei asked and pulled away, scooting as far from Duo as he possibly could while still remaining on the bed. *No... He... No!* Wufei shook his head forcefully back and forth, ignoring Duo's other comments.

"Geesh Wufei, you're acting like making someone cuddle is a crime." Duo stared at Wufei wondering what he'd done now. "What did you think I did?" Duo was suddenly intensely worried and not a little panicked. "Wufei! What do you think I did?"

"Cuddle?" Wufei opened his eyes and stared at Duo shocked and suddenly feeling very betrayed. "You... Let... Him..." Wufei suddenly became very panicked and the temperature several degrees instantly. "He..." Wufei suddenly slammed his eyes shut again and gripped his head with both hands, as he curled into a fetus position, whimpering softly.

"I thought it was wrong Quat ditched him, so I dragged him into bed an made him stay there. Moment Q blew through and startled me awake he was running and in a good mood, with Heero's gun in his hands, begin story I already told you about this morning. He really wouldn't have been so worried if you didn't act like you wanted to kill him all the time. Gah, I'm the only one he trusts in this place and I beat the crap out of the poor guy cause I was upset. Had to make up for it somehow." Duo tentatively touched Wufei's shoulder, very certain that he would pull away.

Wufei did pull away. It wasn't making sense to him. He didn't understand. "They touch you..." he trailed off. *Bad things... Bad things... I have to protect him... I'm supposed to protect him!* Wufei thought a moment later, his eyes still squeezed shut.

"No one here touches me in ways I do not want. They wouldn't do that here. We're among the pilots. They aren't like that." Duo's voice was soft, his tentative touch getting a little firmer on Wufei's arm.

Wufei just responded with a whimper, vowing to himself that he wouldn't let anyone touch Duo or take him away. *Bad things happen when they take you away, Duo...* "To me..." He finished it out loud softly.

"What to you Wufei? There's more, you're distressed... Tell me the rest..." Duo moved a little closer, silently pleading with him that he'd say it all. He needed to hear it.

Wufei whimpered again, louder this time. "It hurts. I don't want it. I don't want you away from me. They do things to you. Make you act funny. Make me act funny. It hurts." Wufei shivered and moved closer to Duo suddenly seeking his presence. He was babbling now, not fully aware of his surroundings.

"What hurts? What happens?" Duo was trying to push Wufei a little without breaking him. "How do I act funny?"

"They do things to you. Make me watch. They hurt you, make you bleed, and they make me watch. Then they take you away..." Wufei was nearly bawling now, his voice hitched and painful. "Then they do bad things. Bad things. Make it stop, Duo." Wufei didn't even care that he was pleading.

"Tell me what I never saw." Duo drew Wufei close. "Only then do I know what to fight." Duo could remember lurking images. Things that had happened to him too many times, but no one had ever been forced to watch, no one had seen the scars he no longer had.

Wufei felt a sudden sense of Deja vu and calmed down a smidgen. He'd done this before. He'd lain with Duo while Duo comforted him, and he babbled. He couldn't remember when...but he *knew* it had happened before.

"What more is there you need say?" Duo felt like he was in a formal dance, well rehearsed steps dancing from his lips.

"They inject you with things, things that make you scream in pain, they torture me. They beat me, whip me. They inject me with things. I can't see straight, I can't hear, then you come back, only then I am safe. I'm only safe when I'm with you." Wufei thew his arms around Duo's neck and held him close. "They always come for you. They always make me watch. They know I'm weak, they know that I love you, that's why they make you suffer. You suffer because of me." Wufei whimpered again and pulled Duo closer.

"I remember. What am I to be your safe haven in a hell among war? It is unfair to you." Duo ran his hands down Wufei's back. "I've known suffering and forever, the cruelty is to you, not I." More images were returning in his head, things that hadn't ever been done to him, and things that had before that fateful mission.

"I can't make them stop..." Wufei whimpered in pain again, defeated. He was lost; clinging to Duo, waiting for the next time they would come back and take him from him. It was all too real for Wufei again.

"But wait dear Wufei, can you not hear? The guards are gone. We've been left among the others, those like us and unbroken. They we may lean on, for their trust is as faulty as our own." Duo didn't know where the hell the poetry was coming from, but there it was, appearing to him.

"They always come for you. They always come for me. I don't know why... What did we do?" Wufei whimpered again and suddenly went limp in Duo's arms, the flashback and the hazy memories being too much for him and he passed out.

Duo shuddered violently as a wave of horrible memories came sweeping through him. Wufei never knew what happened when he would pass out. Duo would never ever tell him. Even a Gundam Pilot cannot fight so many more than himself when tainted with a mix of drugs like those he was instilled with. Duo gathered Wufei into his arms, wrapping the blanket around him before moving to where he knew Quatre and Heero lay, his eyes unnaturally wide and his skin pale. He needed the others. He needed it to go back where it was coming from. He wouldn't leave Wufei though. He couldn't.
