EB-1 a) You must have a valid and reliable email address besides postal or home address for a good correspondence
b) Proof of your abilities (certificates, awards, declarations, publications of your abilities or any other evidences proving that you fall in
EB-1 category) If the certificates or other types of documents or evidences are not written or done in English we recommend that they be
translated in English, preferably American English, and that the translation(s) be signed by a person with the ability to translate and be
notarized by a legally authorized person in America or any place under American jurisdiction. Don't worry, we will translate and notarize
all your documents and other type of evidences in USA.
Note*: Don't send us your original documents, just readable photocopies, because the originals can get lost by accident..
c) You must file a petition with the United States Immigration Regional Service Center that serves the area in America in which you will
or would like to work. Don't worry, this is not a problem, we will do that for you. Foreigners who live in USA illegally or without employment
authorization can also apply. Under this category (EB-1) you don't need to have a job offer or a pre-arranged employment in USA to apply or
file a petition to come to the USA or, in case you already live in USA but illegally, to become a legal foreigner under Employment Visa.
But if you want us to find you a company or an organization in USA that can offer you a job before petitioning your EB-1 visa and coming to
America we can do that and the entire process for you without a problem.

to take to the American embassy or consulate in your country or wherever you reside to get your American visa that would be there waiting

the USA. In this case you first have to file LC exemption with the DOL by filing a waiver form. Don't worry, we will do this for you.
But if you want us to find you a company or an organization in USA that can offer you a job before petitioning your EB-2 visa and coming to

In case the DOL determines that your skills, occupation, profession or knowledge under this category are/is not in the national interest of
the United States then you need to have an employer or prospective employer (a company, an organization or anyone in the USA that is
offering you a job). Your employer or prospective employer, not yourself, is the one that has to do everything for you (the process for you to
come to America or, if you already live in USA but illegally, to become a legal foreigner under EB-2 employment visa) Don't worry, if you want

you don't need to have a Labor Certification from the DOL to file a petition for EB-3 visa. That's because they need you in USA. But you
need to have an employer or prospective employer (a company, an organization or anybody in USA that's offering you a job) Don't worry,

a problem. Skilled nurses and physiotherapists are in demand in USA, so you will always easily find a company or an organization to offer you

d) If your profession, occupation or skills under this category are not in shortage in USA or if you don't have any skills or profession but have
some training or experience of at least 2 years in anything you will need to have a LC from the DOL and an employer or prospective employer
(or anyone
offering you a job).
Don't worry, if you want us to find you a company or an organization in USA that can offer you a job we will do that and the entire process for
you without a problem. In this case your employer or prospective employer, not yourself, is the only one that has to file a LC with the DOL for you.
After obtaining it, your employer, not yourself, will file a petition with the United States immigration for you to come to the USA or, in case you
already live in USA but illegally, to become a legal foreigner under EB-3 employment visa. However, in this case we will have to send you a form
to fill in and in which you will state all your qualifications, skills, knowledge and years of experience. Note: Without this information no company
or organization in America can offer you a job.

EB-4 a)You must have a valid and reliable email address besides postal or home address for a good correspondence
b) You must be in a religious vocation or occupation for a religious organization or its non-profit affiliate. (a religious vocation means a
devotion or calling to religious life). Taking vows can prove that you have a calling to religious life. A religious occupation is an activity
devoted to traditional religious functions, for example: cantors, missionaries, religious instructors and other functions or occupations
that are traditionally religious or
c) You must be in a religious vocation or occupation in a professional capacity for a religious organization (a professional capacity
means that the foreign equivalent of a U.S. baccalaureate degree or a U.S.baccalaureate degree itself is required to do this job) or
d) you must be a priest of a religious denomination
e) You must have been performing this religious work for the past two years.
f) Proof that the religious organization you are with is a non-profit organization
g) Proof that the religious organization or church you are with is a non-profit organization
h) You must have a letter from an official of the religious organization in the United States saying or establishing that you have been a member
of the denomination for two years, and that you have at least two years of experience in your religious vocation or occupation.
If you are a minister, the letter should say or establish that you have been authorized to perform religious duties in general and should specify
which duties you are authorized to perform.
If you are a religious professional, the letter should say that you have the foreign equivalent of a United States baccalaureate degree or a
United States baccalaureate degree itself that is required for your religious profession. In this case you must also submit an official academic
record. If you are applying to work in the United States in another religious vocation or occupation, the letter should say that you are qualified
to work in that religious vocation or occupation. For instance, if you are applying to work as a nun or a monk, you would need to provide evidence
that you are a nun or a monk.
If you are applying to work in the United States in a non-ministerial or non-professional capacity for a religious organization affiliated with a religious
denomination, the letter should say how the religious organization is affiliated with the denomination. The letter should also say in details how you
would be carrying on the work of a religious minister, or how you will be paid if you are working in a professional or other religious capacity.
The letter should indicate that you will not be dependent on supplementary income (from a second job) or charity (funds solicited for your support)
And finally you or the religious organization that's to employ you must submit the appropriate United States immigration Form to the United States
Immigration Center that serves the area in which you will be working in USA, Don't worry, we can do it for you if you like.

$1,000,000, depending on the employment rate in the geographical area, in a commercial enterprise in the United States which creates at least 10
new full-time job
