Requirements for EB-1 work visa
If you follow these steps and meet these requirements you will get your Employment visa and come to USA
Read carefully
EB-1 a) You must have a valid and reliable email address besides postal or home address for a good correspondence
b) Proof of your abilities (certificates, awards, declarations, publications of your abilities or any other evidences proving that you fall in EB-1 category)
If the certificates or other types of documents or evidences are not written or done in English we recommend that they be translated in English, preferably
American English, and that the translation(s) be signed by a person with the ability to translate and be notarized by a legally authorized person in
America or any place under American jurisdiction. Don't worry, we will translate and notarize all your documents and other type of evidences in USA.
Note*: Don't send us your original documents, just readable photocopies, because the originals can get lost by an accident..
c) You must file a petition with the United States Immigration Regional Service Center that serves the area in America in which you will or would like to
work. Don't worry, this is not a problem, we will do that for you. Foreigners who live in USA illegally or without employment authorization can also apply.
Under this category (EB-1) You don't need to have a job offer or a pre-arranged employment in USA to apply or file a petition to come to the USA or, in case
you already live in USA but illegally, to become a legal foreigner under Employment Visa. But if you want us to find you a company or an organization in
USA that can offer you a job before petitioning your EB-2 visa and coming to America we can do that and the entire process for you without a problem.
Once your Petition is approved by the Immigration Services in USA we will notify and then send you the Approval Certificate, which you have to
take to the American embassy or consulate in your country or wherever you reside to get your American visa that would be there waiting for you.
If you live in USA and your petition is approved you will have to go to the nearest United States immigration office in the area in which you live.
Please Note** Before we can notify and send you the Approval Certificate we will require that you sign a contract with us agreeing that when you are given
the EB-1 visa and you in fact come to America under the EB-1 visa we will demand an additional service fee of 500 American Dollars, and which has to
be paid within 11 months of your arrival in America. If you come to America under EB-1 visa and you don't pay us the additional service fee in the required
time frame we will seek the assistance of an American civil court for us to be able to collect the money you owe us. Note*** Under EB-1 you are allowed to
include and bring your spouse and child(ren) to the USA. The child(ren) must be younger than 21 and unmarried. EB-1 also allows you to become a
permanent resident and an American citizen later.
How to start the process? Just send us the photocopies of all your documents or any other type of evidences that are relevant to your abilities and include
your personal information such as birth date, birth place, race, nationality, sex and 2 passport pictures along with a processing/service fee or payment of

How to pay the processing fees? It can only be paid in the following methods: Money transference from a bank or bank account to our bank account, Western
Union money transfer sent to Contacts Abroad, or Bank drafts, International Postal Money Orders or American Dollars traveler's checks payable to
Contacts Abroad and sent to our address. Please go to a bank and ask how you can do that. Paypal, Worldpay, American Express, visa and Master
Cards are also accepted methods of payment. Please don't send cash
