I hope that others can find these threads useful. If you have any suggestions
for changes please let me know ([email protected]). There are
some eGroups files that my browsers will not open and I probably just lost
track of some. Some threads were not of great interest to me, so I left
them alone. If anyone else cares to assemble those treads I'd be glad to
link to your work or post it here. Also, I have tried to make reasonable
editorial choices, but there can be improvements.
