The FORTRAN source files are on another web server, which has been down recently so you may have trouble reaching them. I hope to move them to GeoCities soon so check back. Email me if you need more information about the Simpotato Model and its potential applications in Sustainable and Precision Agriculture.

Examples of Output (these are on GeoCities so try them)
A
commercial field near the Columbia river in 1988
with actual irrigation and fertilizer - simulation of growth,
yield, drainage of water, and leaching of nitrate
The
same field but with minimal irrigation and nitrogen applied
as estimated by the model - note the large reduction in drainage and leaching with irrigation and nitrogen applied as the model estimates they are needed.
