Breeding can be considered fairly easy. You take a male and a female, ensure they have a warm environment, constant supply of food and water and a nesting box and after a while you will have chicks. But there is a lot more to it than that to ensure the survival of chicks and that they are able to lead a full and happy life. A tip, I have learnt, is that the tamer the birds, the longer it takes for them to get the "breeding thing" right. It just takes a while before instinct kicks in.
