Aren’t we off to a great start? Her (she a doe, duh!) name is NB Nightingale, but we call her Duchess. She a show and breeding quality Black Silver Marten Netherland Dwarf, currently four months old (no, I wasn’t kidding when I said we were just starting). One very important thing:

Isn't that great? OK, so our plan is to build a shed - the "bunny barn" if you will - and get a lot more rabbits. The breeder of Duchess, Natalie of Natalie's Bunnies, said that is rabbits stay outside in a protected area they will actually get better, softer coats. Who are we to object? She been doing this a WHOLE LOT longer then us! Then again, so have most….
