Import n Sound Off Expo

Man...give me a break!!!  I pay a $20 cover charge to get into the Import n Sound Off Expo and all I get is couple of cars and a boombox?!?  Nah...it wasn't that bad but it was very "ghost town" like.   This event was held at the Cow Palace in Daly City...however, it wasn't the main room this time.  The event staff had told us to go to a side gate which held this event...basically giving us the "side rooms" of the Cow Palace.  There was probably about 4 rooms altogether...but there were only enough cars to fill up two rooms.   The rest was wasted space.  Barely anybody showed up, there was supposed to be a hard body contest, a bikini contest, and a wet T-shirt contest.  But because of lack of participation (as well as population) the only one that was "kept" was the wet T-shirt contest.  Well, at least there was something right.  Sorry if the content on this page seems to be a bit on the short side...there wasn't much to film in terms of cars and people.

Wild 94.9 was there hosting the event.   Strawberry was at hand holding the wet T-shirt contest, Chris the Rebel and St. John were tearing up the TTs.  The overall experience was pretty positive and Wild 94.9 tried to get the crowd (or whatever that tiny gathering was called) pumped up.   The artists that performed really did well, despite the small amount of crowd that came in.

The wet T-shirt went well...despite their hard efforts trying to find some people.  Here is the thing that really ticked me...see those lovely fine ladies in the Model section?  Right below this paragraph?   They ran OUT OF WATER when they decided to go up there?  What is up with that?!?!  How can a wet T-shirt contest be a wet T-shirt contest without water?   Well....there was maybe a sprinkle here or two...BUT here is what I'm proposing.   I propose that those ladies right there, send me an email and we can have our own wet T-shirt contest, ya know?  Let's have a pool party!!  I got the pool, you come on over!  :-)
