I've long been an admirer of the fat fender early Fords,
when I was growing up in Detroit, I had a '32 ford 2-door
sedan, that I of course really regret ever letting go of...
but who was to know at age 17?
I found my '56 on the internet for sale in South Dakota.
My Effie came with a 327 Chevy engine, which just happens
to be the best engine I ever had in a car. That was a brand new
'64 Impala 2 door hardtop, 327/300 hp 4-spd. I was 21.
Over the years I've had my share of Chevys that I loved.
So, I'm not partial to Ford or Chevy, even had a Dodge... once.
So this site will have info on both. Links for both.
My truck body needed some TLC bump and paint, and
the interior (what interior) a total redo. A lot of the pages
will probably be under construction, as the say on the
web. Actually, they will be evolving as the truck does.

seatbelts, it's the law here in Michigan.
And, on the road again... I made it for our Woodward
