Škoda 120 Coupé oli saatavana vain lyhyen aikaa. Se perustui pääosin Škoda 105/120 Sedan -malleihin. Ohjausjärjestelmä oli uusi hammastankotyyppinen. Moottori oli kuten 120 LS:ssä, mutta öljynkierojärjestelmää oli paranneltu; nyt kaikki öljy kulki suodattimen läpi. Kun uusi, paranneltu 105/120/130 -mallisto esiteltiin 1984, sama ohjaus- ja öljynkiertojärjestelmä oli kaikissa malleissa. 120 Coupé valmistettiin Kvasinyssa, kuten edeltäjänsäkin S110R Coupé. Siihen verrattuna 120 Coupé ei ollut varustetasoltaan aivan yhtä korkealla. Kuten sedan-mallitkin, uusi Škoda 130 Rapid Coupé esiteltiin 1984.

Škoda 120 Coupé was available only for a short time. It based mainly on the Škoda 105/120 Saloon models. The steering system was a new, rack and pinion type. The engine was just like in 120 LS, but the oil ciculation system was improved; now all the oil went through the filter. In 1984, when a new, modified series of 105/120/130 came out, the same steering and oil circulation system were in every model. 120 Coupé was made in Kvasiny, just like its predecessor, S110R Coupé. Compared to it, 120 Coupé actually was not so luxurious. Just like the saloon models, a new Škoda 130 Rapid Coupé was represented in the year 1984.
