Audi A6
Introduced in 1996 as Audi's mid-level sedan and wagon, the A6 is Audi's second best selling car in the United States.  It was completely restyled again for 1998, and is, in my humble opinion, the best looking sedan there is.  However, if they redo it every two years, why would anyone ever buy an A6, knowing that it will look obsolete in less than 24 months?  The A6 has a body style and platform shared with no other car, and a customer base with the same criteria.  The MSRP on the A6 is around $33,000 for a bare-bones equipped car.  Suggested alternatives for the A6 include the Lexus GS or LS400, the Mercedes C or E-Classes, and the BMW 3 or 5-series.  The stats provided are for the A6 FrontTrak, front wheel drive vehicle, and not the Quatro All-Wheel Drive version.
