1970 Firebird Sales Brochure Intro
Below are links to the various pages of the 1970 Firebird Sales Brochure. I have separated the graphics to individual web pages because they are rather large. The inside front cover of the brochure is not reproduced here because it is a very dark graphic that is not very reproducible via scanner. It is a cliffside, silhouetted by the sun from behind and looks like a dark background with white text. The text on the inside front cover is
reproduced as a table of contents and as links to each model's section. Each model has four pages of the brochure devoted to it. The title page for each model is a graphic that extends across two pages of the brochure. These are double-scans that were pasted together and then re-touched to (hopefully) look more or less like one picture. These will require horizontal scrolling on some video displays to view completely, but the format should be easily useable on 17" or larger displays. There is some text on these opening pages, which is reproduced above the graphic for easier reading. Following this, for each model will be a snazzy
product shot. There is no text on that page. Following that will be some slick marketing hype for the particular model, and a listing of some of the standard and optional equipment on the model. A few photos will be found under that text. All text will be reproduced above the graphic of the page.
Note the navigation links below. The first row takes you to two specific pages within the brochure: The front cover of the brochure and the index page (inside front cover) of the brochure. The second row takes you to the first page of each model's section within the brochure. The third row allows navigation outside of the brochure (back to Steve's Cars or to the index page of this web site). On other pages in this brochure, the third row will also allow navigation through the brochure page-by-page using the "Previous" and "Next" links.
