The organization was perfect and it was better then I expected. There was about 70 Deltas. From the Delta 4WD up to the different Evos was everything represented. The most cars had been modified and it was very interesting what you could do if you have enough money.

I was surprised how many Deltas have installed

the Porsche brakes. Also many Deltas have installed the O.Z. wheels "Mito 9,5Jx17" with 265/35x17.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Engines with more than 300 BHP was not a rareness .

 

We had a parking zone in front of the hotel which was guarded in the night.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Not only the Deltas was nice to looking for

 

Deltas, Deltas, Deltas and the typical Delta sound around the parking zone....

 

Now take a look to and under the powerful Group A Integrale 16V with the start number 31

This car has a lot of stuff, including water injection etc...

Unfortunately, these pictures were banned by the owner of the car

Saturday afternoon we drove about 70 km across the Westerwald and Taurus.

The stage was very nice and it was a lot of fun to drive. That remembered me to the San Remo Rally.

 

After this stage we had a coffee break. The Deltas was parked again on a reserved parking zone.

 

After the break we drove back to the hotel for dinner and the cup award.

 

There was also a raffle in the night.

 

The ticket was the start number. Every lot was a prize.

 

On Sunday morning after breakfast we drove with all Deltas to a Lancia Dealer.

 

He had invited us to a sparkling wine breakfast. About 150 km distance with 60-70 Deltas.

It was a miracle that nothing happened. How good the event was organized shows the following example: After a few kms a friend of mine called me "We are having no turbo boost. We are stopping and try to repair it." After they had stopped a service car stopped too and fixed very quick the problem. Thanks again to this guys. After the visit we drove to the Nuerburgring. This was the official end of the event. We parked on a reserved parking area A2. Every car got a ticket for one round Nordschleife. The result was I need also the Porsche breaks.
