Monthly Consultation
If you need help choosing a vendor or need help locating and choosing a location we can assist you with this.
Our monthly consultation is ideal for brides who have planned the majority of the wedding
and just need to tie up a few loose ends.
For example: Selection of Attire (shopping), Decorations (creation or purchase), Vendor referral,
selection and hiring, guest list management (RSVP Tracking), Out of Town Guest Management,
Invitations, Accessories, and Honeymoon Reservations

Complete Wedding Planning
Congratulations on your engagement! Now it's time to plan the wedding ... but where do you begin first?
Give us a call and we can help direct and steer your event to safety.
We can work with you on all the details and make your life a lot easier so that you can truly enjoy the moment.
We will sit down with you and discuss all of your ideas and how you envison your wedding.
We will assist you in prioritizing.
We help create your budget based on your needs and wants for the wedding;
manage your payments and contracts; assist with venue & vendor selection;
vendor referrals; check sheets for up-to-date tasks; assist with etiquette;
act as liaison on your behalf with family members as well as vendors;
provide a calm for you that most brides wish they had leading up to and on their wedding day.
We take care of you to ensure that it is truly a memorable occassion with beautiful memories.
Our fees vary and are based on your budget; estimated planning time; and wedding style.
We will work within your budget so that you can have the wedding you have always dreamed of without breaking the bank!

Day of Services
You have the venues.
You have the cake.
You have the drop-dead-gorgeous gown.
But you don't want to manage it yourself.
If this is you, We will work with your vendors.
We will create a timeline to ensure that the activities of the day happen on time and without a hitch.
This service involves a three-week time frame. We will contact and/or meet your vendors
to let them know first that we will be coordinating the day and
second to give them the preliminary run of your event's day.
Next we will go over a timeline with you. This will allow for a relatively smooth occassion.
Also it is a way to be sure that all the important activities that you want to have happen, take place at your wedding.
Next we will go over the planning that you have done
and confirm all details making sure that we are "in-the-loop".
All important individuals and wedding party members will receive a final checklist
and even a phone call from us to remind them of their responsibilities at your wedding
in addition to any items that they need to bring with them.
The rehearsals for your wedding will be our responsibility.
We will be onsite at the rehearsal to help familiarize all party members with their roles.
We will run-through the wedding procession and recessional so that all are comfortable and prepared for the main event.
(If you plan on having a rehearsal dinner and would like to have us
assist in the planning of this just let your coordinator know.)
The day of the wedding we will be onsite a couple of hours before hand
to manage your vendors setting up as well as making sure that you

are accommodated and have what you need before you take your final walk as a single woman.
Your reception will be managed by our staff to ensure that all guests are
comfortable and that all activities happen as set out in the timeline.
During this time you will be enjoying the festivities of the day.
We stay until the event is through to ensure that all things to be returned or cleaned
are done so that you don't have to worry about another bill.
