Guide me
This package is for couples who are willing to do
most of the preliminary selection details on their own,
but want complete coverage a few weeks prior to
and especially on the day of the wedding.
Includes but is not limited to:
- Work with 2 consultants
- Wrap up consultation 1 months prior to wedding (up to 3 hours)
- Wedding day timeline and checklist distributed to vendors & wedding party
- Final vendor confirmations
- Rehearsal coordination (up to 3 hours)
- Wedding day coordination with 2 consultants and assistants (up to 8 hours)
- Distribute final payments to vendors (as needed)
- Transport wedding accessories to ceremony and reception sites
- Organize processional and seating of guests
- Oversee set up of ceremony and reception sites
- Wedding day emergency kit
- Unlimited phone calls (10 am – 7 pm) and email access
