- Work with 2 Professional consultants
- On site consultations (up to 10 hours)
- Budget development and management
- Referrals of vendors (unlimited categories)
- Month to month checklists and guidelines
- Assist with guest accommodations
- Site inspection and layout of ceremony and reception
- Review of all vendor contracts and finalization
- Wrap up consultation 1 month prior to wedding (up to 3 hours)
- Contact guests not RSVP 1 week prior to wedding
- Wedding day timeline and checklist distributed to vendors & wedding party
- Final vendor confirmations
- Rehearsal coordination (up to 3 hours)
- Wedding day coordination with 2 consultants and assistants (up to 8 hours)
- Distribute final payments to vendors (as needed)
- Transport wedding accessories to ceremony and reception sites
- Organize processional and seating of guests
- Oversee set up of ceremony and reception sites
- Wedding day emergency kit
- Unlimited phone calls (8 am – 9:30 pm) and email access

taken care of through the entire process of their wedding.
With this package, every detail of your wedding is managed flawlessly
leaving you worry free on your special day.
Includes:
- Work with 2 Professional consultants
- On site consultations (up to 25 hours)
- Budget development and management
- Recommend and contact vendors who will provide services for the wedding
- Keep track of RSVP list
- Month to month checklists and guidelines
- Assistance with wedding gift registry
- Invitation, stationary, favor, and gift selection
- Assist with guest accommodations
- Site inspection and layout of ceremony and reception
- Review of all vendor contracts and finalization
- Assistance with pre-wedding activities such as Bridal Shower and Bachelor Party
- Wrap up consultation 1 months prior to wedding (up to 3 hours)
