Matthew Birdwell is one of those people that you can't help but fall in love with. He has a great personality, a trusting smile, and sparkling eyes. We've been together for four years this June 2002. He graduated from Lorenzo High School in Lorenzo, Texas as the Saludatorian in May 2001. We met at the Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Panhandle Conference in April of 99. We were both Ambassadors selected from our schools.
He's loving college, too. He joined the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity here at WT in the Fall 2002. It's been great for him and he's met lots of friends through the experience.
We've really enjoying the idea of getting to see each other every day after living an hour and a half away from each other. He's been great for me in everyway. I have a great confidence because of him. I'm everything I am because I have him in my life. We have some great plans for the future and I'm sure they will all fall into place like we hope.
