300 meters is 270°. It was good fun, but it was a very painful sprinting exercise on my fast twitch muscles. I've found that track work is a more aggressive cardiovascular workout then a distance workout is - during distance one can slow down and lower his heartrate, whereas during a sprinting or track exercise, a person is required to sprint as fast as they can until they have finished. I'm pretty tired, and I've got a bit on my mind. Liz and I talked last night, but I'm not going to talk about the conversation here in my public journal, that'd be inappropriate because it was between her and myself. I'm having a good time with school but I'm really quite busy. The website is looking really good now - things are emotionally pretty sounds - I'm physically getting in great condition.
