Tales of Serendipity

And once upon a time in a land not so far away, where woodchucks did chuck wood as much as their woodchuck could chuck wood hearts could, and where Peter the Piper picked pots of pickled peppers, there existed a beautiful princess. Of course, as is every story with a beautiful princess, there existed a dreamy hunk of a knight, and an epileptic villain named Jorgé.

One day, the beautiful princess let down her hair from the side of the tall tower she was being kept in, and started to sing a beautiful song. "Knight, oh night, my dreamy knight . . . WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?!"

The dreamy knight heard the call of his beautiful princess, and hurriedly set off in the direction of the sound.

Of course, as in all fairy tales, the knight reaches the tower. He sees the beautiful princess, and with a hunky knight voice says, "YO!"

The Evil Villain Jorgé hears the hunky dreamy voice of the knight, and rushes of his tower with sword in hand and proceeds to taunt him in his not so dreamy, middle-aged California accent. Just as soon as the Evil Villain Jorgé begins to step toward the dreamy knight, he falls down in an epileptic seizure and goes through a series of spasms.

And so, the princess opens the door of the room which was not locked to begin with, and happily rushed down the stone staircase to meet her dreamy knight "Oh he who says 'YO!', thou art a brave knight indeed, and I offer myself to thee!"

The knight says nothing, but smiles and bows profusely.

The princess begins to repeat herself, but the knight interrupts her and screams, "YO!"

And now, a faint response in the distance can be heard just over the hills - a female dreamy voice sings "Yoooooo! Yooooooooo! YO!" Eventually the knight who says "YO!" and she with a dreamy voice who says, "Yoooooo! Yooooooooo! YO!" came to meet and love each other, happily ever after.

The princess started to bawl and cry profusely. The Evil Villain's spasms finally desisted, and when he awoke he said to the princess, "Oh why do you cry fair lady?"

The princess dried her tears, and in the spur of the moment told the Villain, "Oh Jorgé, I love you!" In this strange moment of admitted love, the Villain admitted, "I only captured you because I love you!" And so, everyone lived happily and lovingly after, with the right person.

-Life is a Tale of Serendipity-

I am sick, but I don't seem to have a high fever yet. Actually, it was down in the 97s earlier today, so if anything it's just a common cold. If I can't beat it by tonight, tomorrow it will most likely develop into the flu. Wish me well.

I don't even feel well enough to go swing dancing tonight. Let alone go to Electronic Warrior - I was invited by some friends, but I declined.

Take care my friends.
