The title just about tells the story here. We had 300 absences on Friday. Some 200 on Monday. For a school with a relatively low number of students, that's a lot of missing students. I however, was not one of them. I decided to tough it out and go to school on Monday. As for the entire weekend, I was pretty darn sick. I was so sick, that I decided not to play video games hardly at all - simply to rest, to relax, to recover. That's unusual for me. I must have slept for 48 hours in three days. Basically, I'm fighting the flu. Saturday was a struggle with a 102 temperature. I was glad that was all I had though - I talked to my friend Jon Zweig - he dealt with a nightly vomiting sickness. I think I got the better end of the stick. I'm trying to make plans for Valentines "Night", not "Day". Sadly, Valentines "Day" will be consumed by a wonderful 8 hours of learning entertainment. Slight sarcasm, slight sincerity. Overall, I'm emotionally pretty happy. I've been having a good time with all sorts of people - everyone seems to be thinking of my highly right now. Even Caitlin backed off. I confronted her, and I think that helped. Usually "bullies" will bug one until they are stood up to, or made a fool of. I did a bit of both, and she hasn't bothered me since. Caitlin however, wasn't ever a problem for me. She was simply a distraction. Problems are these time consumers I get for homework. I solve them without difficulty. I've been working on a remodel of the Clan SC-Gamer's website with Merlin, it should look pretty nifty when it's done, I will link the two sites together. Since I'm sick, I haven't had any milk-products in roughly 3 days.
Supposedly milk stuffs up one's nose. I don't want to risk it. However,
I'm going to enjoy a nice big bowl of cookies and cream - I'm feeling
better. Track season has started. I'm going to practice tomorrow. There's a synopsis of the last few days . . . I'll make sure to add more detail as I go along - especially if anything important or interesting comes up. I'm starting an emotional project - project Valentines Day. I'll let you all know what happens, and if it effects me what so ever. Take care my friends.
