Chapter Two

~The Guys~
"Hey Nick, A.J. the girls are coming over my house for brunch with us I figured since the people we invited vcouldn't show, we couldn't waste all the food. Is that okay?" asked Brian.

"How'd you make that happen?" asked A.J. coming from one of the rooms in the back.

"I just asked them when they were over here," he answered.

"They were just over here?" Nick asked shocked, but interested

"Yeah, they forgot to introduce themselves so they introduced themselves to me." Brian explained.

"Well, what are their names?" A.J. said waiting impatiently.

"Well, the girl who answered the door, her name is Gwen, The one with brown hair that's Christi and the with a little bit past shoulder length hair and the light green eyes that's Alexis?" Brian said with a smile after the over done description of Alexis.

"Whoa, dude you are like all ready sprung." A.j. said laughing at Brian.

"Whatever, we need to take showers were all sweaty." Nick said as he set the Game Boy on top of some boxes. So Brian went to his house to take a shower, while Nick and A.J. put up a few more boxes then went and took their showers.

~The Girls~
"Hey, there goes Brian!" said Gwen. I rushed over to the window.

"He so cute!" I said going dreamy.

"Uh-oh, she 's going dreamy on us again!" said Christi.

"What do you think I should wear, this dress or this dress?" she asked, holding up a pink dress and a purple dress.

"Neither," I said coming back to reality "This is brunch, not dinner just wear shorts and a T-shirt I'm going to challenge them to a game of volleyball, see if we're still the best this side of the Mississippi."

"Good idea. We can kick their butts and ruin their egos," said Gwen. We all laughed. "Maybe I should go over and ask what time we should come over?" I thought.

"Gwen, Christi, I'm going to Brian's I'll be back!"  I walked over to his house and knocked on his door. Brian answered the door while starting to saying

"Nick, your finally here with my boxers." he wore nothing but, a towel around his waist. "Oh, my God!" I thought to myself. You could tell he had just gotten out of the shower and his arms were so cut. (* cut means they were like all that and hopefully you have seen Brian's arms and if you haven't oh, my gosh you are missing alot!*)he had a scar in the middle of his chest. "Alexis!" he said, wrapping the towel tightly around his waist. "Umum, I'm sorry um uh just a second." He closed the door. I wanted to scream or at lease run and go tell Gwen and Christi. He came back a few minutes later wearing a green shirt and boxers.

"Would you like to come in?" he asked.

"Oh, I just came over to asked what time we should come over." I said still grinning a little

"What time is it now? I don't have my clock up yet," he asked.

"9:10" I replied, after looking at my watch.

"How 'bout 9:30?" he asked. I couldn't take it anymore I wanted to laugh.

"That's cool, I was thinking we could play a game off beach volleyball afterwards?" I suggested holding back a smile.

"That sounds good I'll call the guys and tell them." Brian said simply.

"Okay, well, I'll see you then." I turned around so he wouldn't see me smiling. On the way back I saw Nick with some red and white-hearted boxers in a clear bag.

"He's waiting on you." I laughed as Nick walked by. Nick gave me a weird look.

~Nick & Brian~

"Nick what took you so long, I can't believe you?" asked Brian angrily.

"Hey, what's your problem?" Nick asked "your acting like something just bit you in the ass."

"No it's worse Alexis just saw me like this and she'll probably just think i'm a arrogant stupid head!" he said frustrated putting his head in his hands.

"Nice Vocab. Oh, so that's what she was talking about, why would that be a big deal?" Nick said a little confused.

"I don't want to show her I have some like class, decorum?" Brian said taking the bag from Nick.

"Oh, I see." Nick laughed.

"It's not funny!" Brian said hitting Nick upside the head "I think she's a nice girl and I want to stir the mix."

"From what I saw," said Nick, rubbing the back of his head. "It brightened your chances with her."

"Really you think so?"

"If you would have seen the smile on her face when she left you would think so too, what all did you show her?" he replied.

"None of your business." Brian said, going upstairs into his room.
