Introduction:
The streets of Necropolis’ Lower West Side are quite tonight save for the sounds of music jamming from the new community center. Inside, teens, parents and instructors are having a party to celebrate the center’s success. The drug and gang ridden area has at last, found a ray of light. Felix Jakes, the center’s director smiles on the dance floor with his wife and nods to the young man responsible…Raekwon.
Raekwon Talison, the former gangbanger from Detroit, came here 6 months ago and made it possible for Jakes’ dream of and oasis in the ghetto a reality. Somehow he’s run off the gangs, cleaned the drug dealers and at least around this place has made some “ghetto love” a real thing. As Rae and his woman, Jerri get freaky on the floor The young Brujah can only wonder what the people would do if they knew their “hero” was a vampire.
Suddenly the air is broken by machine gun fire as bullets rip through the building. People scatter, Jerri grabs children shoving them into the safety of the center’s back rooms. Raekwon grabs Jakes’ wife Anne. Taking bullets that would have surely killed the African-descended beauty.
Healing the wounds as he runs out side, Raekwon is greeted by the members of the Cold Court…a local gang.
“Yo Bitch, just wanted to let you know…ain’t nuthing changed. This is our home and you ain’t got th’ heat ta keep it any other way!”
The gangbangers laugh driving off, leaving the body of the driveby’s real target dead in front of Raekwon and the others now filing out of the Community Center.
“Rack, you ok?” Jerri questions her lover.
“Not yet Shorty, but gimme a bit I will be.” He snarls, kneeling over the dead teen at his feet closing the victim’s eyes one last time….

Type: Non-Lethal (trying to create something lasting, not kill Pc’s. If player chooses to let their character die due to circumstance, that’s cool. Some of the Npc’s are goners though)
Where: Streets of Missouri, City hall, Alleyway, FA, Mall and perhaps the Burnt out Apartments.
Synopsis: This is a plot for some of the newer, younger or urban/minority Brujah. There is room for some players from other clans that fit the profile though.
Raekwon, with financial backing from Oda Nobunaga of clan Ventrue has helped the Westsiders build a community center. Though not complete, it has gained the favor of the neighborhood. The center’s idea is to give the youth a drug & gang free environment to grow in and to provide a way out for the ghetto kids living there. To do this Rae has tried to clear a 5-block area of gang wars and drugs, with mixed results.
The gangs have been reluctant to give up area for the center, especially those with heavy drug ties. There seems to be a turf war brewing and they see the center as another threat. The police have given the area up for lost after losing officers to drug dealer’s gunfire and no help from the terrified locals. All of this and some third party is lurking in the shadows, instigating the hostilities.
Can one Brujah build the lasting peace? I don’t think so… But if his clanmates will help….

OK - I'm just about to kick off a domain-wide plot which will run predominantly via e-mail (to allow peeps in different TZs a chance to get involved).
Initially, I'm interested in a cross-clan mixture of people with street/gang/underworld contacts - and the relevant dots to back them up. *s*. Numbers wise - I expect this to start small and grow larger. Also - if one character thinks another character would be interested and gets them involved, then that's great!
It will start off as primarily investigative - and it may end up with some combat. Combat will be lethal. Sheer stupidity (noticeable, unclean-up-able, breaches of the Masquerade and so on) will also be dealt with on a lethal basis.
At present - the only people likely to get involved are those with some contacts on the street and/or in the underground that they stay in at least semi-regular contact with. E.G. gangs, dealers, pimps and what-have-you.
They may - depending on how close they follow these things -be aware of a slight, expectant buzz on the street - as if people are aware something big or biggish is going to go down, but have no idea what. Maybe drugs. Maybe a big gang war - two top dogs up against each other. No-one knows for sure.

I'd like name, relevant stats - including generation and age - I want to try to include a reasonably wide span of characters, and a small paragraph on how they heard and how they plan to get involved.
