Kevin Spacey

All I can say is that Kevin Spacey is absolutely amazing. He is so spectacular in each of his movies. I really recommend seeing The Ref. It is a funny movie to begin with, but Kevin is hilarious. Obviously he is amazing in The Usual Suspects because he won an academy award for best supporting actor. He was also really good in L.A. Confidential, which also stars the amazing Russell Crowe. The Negotiator is another great one to check out.

Gwyneth Paltrow

I guess I really started liking Gwyneth when I saw her in Emma I had already seen her in Seven, but as I watched Emma more, the more I realized what an amazing performance Gwyneth gave. She played Emma Woodhouse to perfection. All her facial expressions just added so much to the movie and she seemed to have good chemistry with Jeremy Northam who plays Mr. Knightly. Although I heard that they didn't get along too well. So, my interest grew and I began to check out some of her other movies as well as the multitude of new ones coming out. Each of her performances are unique and her characters are each so obviously different from one another and that, to me, makes an actor an actor.

James Stewart

Now, I am ashamed to admit this, but I didn't actually see It's a Wonderful Life until I was two decades old. Sad, I know. I now fully understand everyone's passion for that movie. Who couldn't fall in love with Mr. James Stewart! What charm! What humor! What a face! Take a look.

Vince Vaughn

I just started liking Vince Vaughn recently, but I first saw him in The Lost World. I thought he was pretty cool then, there was just something about him that I liked. It wasn't until I saw him in Swingers that I decided I really liked him. He was so damn funny that it was hard to resist him. I then rented Return to Paradise starring him and Anne Heche. Wow! He did such a good job in that movie. I thought his character was pretty cool, but then he showed absolutely no compassion for his friend who was in jail. Then I started to think about his dilemma. What a difficult decision to make! I started to think about what decision I would make and then I knew I couldn't hate him. I definitely reccommend this movie. It's quite sad, but so well done. Clay Pigeons wasn't as good, but Vince makes such a creepy serial killer, which, I guess, made him a good choice to play Norman Bates in the Psycho remake. The original is obviously the best, and I couldn't stop laughing after seeing Vince in that dress and wig at the end, but I must admit that he pulled off Norman with great skill. He jumped to the other side of the law in The Cell, playing a detective, but I thought his talent was wasted in a movie overloaded with special effects and not enough script. Here's hoping his next project is worthy of his talent.
