The John Henry Martz Family Genealogy

John Henry Martz was born in 1708 in Switzerland (or nearby Germany) and died in July 07, 1772. His wife's name was Anna Maria Rossman. Their Son, John William Martz, came to Somerset County sometime around 1800 and settled in Southampton Township.

(2) John William Martz (b. October 07, 1739 d. June 12, 1803 at Kennell's Mills, Somerset) m. Catherine Christina Hahn and had the following children:

  • Catherina Martz m. Peter Shumacher
  • Susannah Martz m. Henry Kennell
  • Barbara Martz m. Adam Sturtz
  • Henry Martz m. Julia Timberly
  • Mary Martz m. Philip Shroyer
