Dear friends in Christ,
Greeting from Ghana! The fourth year at the Methodist Vocational Institute in Sunyani, Ghana began in January. Since the first graduation in December for the fourteen Form 3 students, another 25 new students were admitted in January. The other students all advanced to the next class. About 16 of those now in Form 2 and Form 3 have registered for the National NVTI exams in June. Rev. Dadzie, the Ghanaian Methodist minister with background in teaching furniture making, is now at the school full time and gradually is talking over for John as head of the school. We have so much to praise God for and to share with you.
We will be on furlough and visiting churches for a year when we return back in May to Tulsa. We would like to come share what the Lord has been doing in Sunyani, Ghana with you during that time. your faithful, generous support continues to sustain us. Please let us know when would be the best time for you. Probably sending two different dates, first and second choice, will help us make up our schedule. You can attempt to an email via the German volunteers (like Peace Corps) if you include our name in the message notation. The address is: [email protected] The phone lines are not very dependable. Otherwise, write us at the above address or write the Mission Society directly, again specifying "Eisenberg Mission Speakers" for "specified dates".
