A precocious fourteen year old who loves playing pretend, Tommy is fairly adventuresome and always looking to have fun. Sometimes, however, he finds himself in the most precarious situations … and that's where our fun begins!

In case you haven't met, I also want to introduce you to Danny, a rough and tumble ten year old with a taste for adventure. To all of his buddies Danny is the all-American boy … short-stop on his little league team, expert tree-climber and a crack shot with a pellet gun.

But Danny has a secret, even more special than the pass-word to the club-house he shares with his buddies down the street.

You see, on the outside Danny may seem all snakes and snails and puppy dog tails … but when he's home with his mother and grandmother he's not as tough as he pretends to be ….

In fact, he's a lot more "sugar and spice and everything nice" than his boyish exterior might lead you to believe.
