Scouting with Tommy

Oh, it's you. You almost scared me to death. I was just going through some of my old things, wonderin' what I need to keep and what I need to throw away. We got a lot of stuff like that in our house and Mom's always complaining that I need to help keep stuff picked up.

Anyway, see my scout uniform? Pretty neat, huh? I'm not in the scouts anymore, what with Dad being gone and stuff. I kinda liked being one… but then again, there some things that weren't so neat. Most guys, if you haven't noticed, can get pretty mean sometimes. That's just not me. Oh, well, pretty neat uniform, though, huh? I think I'm going to keep it, if nothing else but 'cause it makes a great costume.

Hey, want to see me in another scout uniform? It's even neater than this one. You just gotta promise me that you'll help keep an eye out for my mom. I'm supposed to be cleaning the bathroom while she's out running errands. I'm gonna do that later. So you promise, right? Watch out for Mom while I go get some of my cousin's old clothes.
