dear manny and all,
it's a go for us on the ninth. clem has made the
bookings for us
-- clem, son joao,daughter lia and moi -- on PAL in april 9. we'll
be
staying in san francisco from april 9 to 12. but joao wants to see
jason
williams run rings around tim duncan in sacramento on the 11th and
clem wants to
go wining at napa valley on the 12th. clem's cowsin can't seem to get
a
hotel booking for us at SF, so if anyone of you can give us any help
on this
and put in two tickets for the sacramento/san antonio game on the 11th.
please, please naman. cept for these two things the son and wife would
die for,
am available for anything with you guys from the 10th to the 12th.
unless
anyone of you would like to join us trekking to lake tahoe and yosemite
from the 13th to the 16th. then we head back to the coast for a night's
stay
at sta. cruz. i really don't have much idea on travelling times, places
to
see, things to do and billeting in these areas, so if anyone can make
a
suggest or two, paki naman.
we're booked at the embassy suites at monterey on
april 17 -20 and
for two rounds of golf for three at pebble beach -- 12:30 pm on the
18th
and 1:30 pm on the 19th -- reno may want to join up over there, otherwise
i'll settle for a round at a municipal course anywhere around these
times.
from monterey, we motor down the big sur to
san simeon, san luis
obispo and santa barbara all of three days from the 20th. we'll be
at LA april
23 to 25, and in san diego from april 25 to 29. manny, sama ka na,
then we
can also party in LA or san diego with perry, edna, bobby and norma
plus
whoever we can hook up with over there. perry let's do redondo one
more time
with manny.
we go to new york on the 29th. stay there until may
2 when we motor
down to washington. butch any suggestions on what route to take from
NY to
DC. we're thinking of sleeping over at philly. May 4 to 8, we'll be
in
washington. we still have to fill up may 8 - 10 with another city,
my
son wants to go to san antonio but i want to go to chicago, any place
better?
any body in the NY and DC areas we can visit.
finally we pack things up in LA from may 10-12,
unless you want to
help us with our packing, then we can do this in SF. we should be back
in
manila by the 14th.
jess and raul can look look at their skeds and if
there's anywhere
we join uo then let's. i won't be surprised if jerry b planes in and
joins
us in retirement. ray, should also, he can't keep on spending hard
earned
money on high tech golf equipment to improve his game. of course, he
should
not also throw this money losing to me.

am having problems with our booking at SF. we're
being given a
choice of marriot hotels at: 1. fisherman's wharf, or 2. san marino
novato, 17
miles from downtown . do you guys have any other suggestions. can anybody
get
two tickets for my son joao and moi to the sacramento/san antonio game
at
sac on april 11? i promise to pay from my winnings from ray.
so when do we party. and who joins me where.
tomorrow, we're treating toots and norms at junette's
taste of LA.
as of this pm, 12 have confirmed attendance. ray, liz and ed
u. can start
making arrangements for the subic reunion, while raul, jess, and manny
canvass
you over there.
who's in philly and thereabouts? what's a good third
city to visit
on VUSA from washington dc on the way to LA.
