The Equestrian Club Constitution was handed out...all club members are to hand in a signed copy.

Club and Team responsibilities were discussed and team membership forms and waivers were handed out. They may be obtained from Allison Toews and/or Gayle Henderson and need to be signed and returned to the appropriate parties.

Michele Koury discussed Hunt Seat Shows-
12-15 riders, Sept 28 is the first Hunt Seat Show at Penn State University

The Western Team will take as many as possible to shows

Point riders, lessons, and tournaments were discussed. Tryouts/Evaluations will be Tuesday Aug 26 from 1-3:30 and 6:30 on and Wed Aug 27 from 6:30 on.

There will be a team get together in the Mtlair next Wed Sept 3.

Meetings are Mandatory, Please contact an officer if unable to attend. They will be held Mondays at 6 pm in the Mountaineer room of the mtlair. Fundraisers are mandatory. They will include parking cars for football games, ads for horse show program etc.

Team fees: dues $25, lesson package $250, IHSA fees (if showing) $20 please pay to Gayle ASAP
