Coach LaDonna Grenz

Coach LaDonna M. Grenz is an 8 year rugby veteran who came to Kansas City from Kansas State University where she played and coached the Womens Rugby club, The Posse, for 6 years.
She coached KSU for 2 consecutive undefeated seasons and advanced the team to Long Beach, CA for the National Tournament. KSU won three consecutive first place trophies in the annual Heart of America
Rugby Tournament held in Kansas City each October.
After completing her Maters of Science degree in Microbiology, she moved to Kansas City and started playing and coaching the KC Jazz, earing
the team 2 consecutive Heart of America Rugby Tournament first place titles.
Grenz also presides as the Heart of America Rugby Football Union president after serving as the HOARFU secretary for two
previous years. She established the Women's committee and HOARFU Women's All-Star team in 1990. Grenz, a founder of the KC Sirens, looks forward to coaching and playing for the newly developed
team. She has been selected to the Womens Western All Star team from 92-present and was a member of the 93-94 Eagles roster. She presently has earned a USARFU level I coaching certificate and plans to earn
her level II this June.
