Playing Serra Park, the north end of the county, found Ken Joye greeting Eric and Doug, with Rich racing in at the last minute to make the tee-off. No one could deuce the first hole, but everyone deuced the second hole. Doug and Rich deuced the third hole, while Ken and Eric (OB) bogeyed the third. Rich hit his third deuce in a row at hole four. Ken claimed the only deuce on hole five. Eric, Doug and Rich doubled deuced holes six and seven. Doug and Ken double deuced the last two holes of the front nine. Doug, finishing with four deuces in a row, lead with a 21 at the half. Rich and Ken had 24 with Eric one back at 25.

Eric made a slick deuce on hole ten, but Rich stayed one stroke ahead with his own deuce. Ken deuced hole eleven, picking up big strokes as everyone else bogeyed. Three long make-up holes produced no deuces. Rich deuced hole seventeen (actual eighteen, due to skipping hole seventeen). Replaying hole one as the final makeup hole for seventeen, turned into deuces for Eric, Doug, and Rich. Doug needed that final deuce to maintain his lead, scoring a 21-29 for a 50. Rich was one behind at 24-27 for 51. Ken was one more back at 24-28 for 52 and Eric completed the bunch with 25-28 for 53. Doug became the fifth different winner of the week over the last six weeks!
