Memorial Park was on the schedule, but unbeknownst to the scheduler, Cupertino was having an Art & Wine festival the same day. Seeing the park covered with tents, Jim, Doug and Eric decided to play a nearby park. Even though Serra was on the schedule for the following week, Jim and Eric wanted to play it because they couldn't come the following week. So everyone moved to Serra Park.

Eric started the round with four deuces as Jim and Doug fell behind. A pair of bogeys on holes eight and nine, brought Eric back to earth as he finished nine holes at two under par. Jim closed the gap with a pair of deuces on eight and nine to come in at one under for nine. Doug had a deuce and a string of pars to come in one under for nine. Eric's lead was down to a single stroke over both Jim and Doug.

Doug dragged in with a one over par on the back nine to finish at par for the day. Eric and Jim played the back nine in one under for each. Thus Eric held onto his lead and claimed Winner of the Week with a 51. Jim finished 1 stroke back at 52. Congratulation to Eric Michelson as Winner of the Week.
