Doug, Sam and Jeff joined up at Memorial Park on a sunny Saturday morning. Doug bogeyed the first hole as everyone else parred, but he got even at the next hole as he parred while everyone else bogeyed. Sam had a rough hole four with a six, but mostly pars with a few bogeys were being recorded. Doug and Sam finally scored deuces at hole eight, each hitting long approaches. After Nine holes Doug was at par 27. Jeff played steady at 31 and Sam was at 33.

Sam deuced the tenth hole with a great drive over the water. Doug and Sam claimed deuces from good drives at hole eleven. At hole thirteen Sam scored an easy deuce after parking his drive on the porch of the western building. At fourteen, Doug was a little too aggressive with his drive as it slid into the water for the only OB of the day. Doug came back on the next hole with a long deuce. After skipping the normal hole fifteen because of picnickers, Doug came up with another deuce at the drinking fountain of sixteen. At hole seventeen, Sam nailed another deuce.

Doug had four deuces on the back nine along with a bogey, giving him a 51 total for the day. Three deuces for Sam evened out his bogeys on the back nine, giving him a 60 for the day. Jeff had mostly pars on the back nine and finished with a 61 for the day.
