Jim, Doug, Jeff and Sam joined to play at Central II on a clear morning. Jim hit a medium long approach on hole one to claim the first deuce of the day. Jim was the only one to master the front nine as he hit deuces at the utility pole of hole five and the makeup tree of hole nine. (There was a big swim event at the Swim Center causing a skipping of holes around the pool). Jim's deuces balanced out his bogey holes for a par 27 on the front nine. Doug had 29, Sam 32 and Jeff 36.

Hole ten found Doug, Jeff and Jim hitting a deuce and Doug followed with another at hole eleven. Doug and Jim deuced the makeup hole fourteen. Hole fifteen was a turning point, as Jim hit sand for OB finishing with a five. Hole sixteen yielded deuces to Doug, Jim and Sam and again Doug followed with another at hole seventeen. When all scores were tallied up, Doug's 25 had closed the gap on Jim as the both finished with a par 54 for the day, Sam had a pair of 32's for a 64 total and Jeff had a 73.
