Coyote Creek was the venue for Doug and Jeff on a sunny fifth Saturday in April. Starting at actual hole seventeen and playing the long tees first, only Doug scored a deuce on the front nine. the short hole twelve yielded a deuce to Doug. The only other significant event was a lost disc by Doug on the hole previous to the deuce. Scores after nine were Doug, 31 and Jeff, 35.
On the short tees the scores improved for both players. Doug scored a deuce on hole ten (actual seventeen). Both players claimed deuces at the short hole fourteen (actual twelve). Doug finished with pair of deuced on hole seventeen and eighteen (actual fifteen and sixteen). Jeff had a fine collection of pars on the back nine for a 27, giving him 62 for the day. Doug's four deuces on the back nine brought him down to a par 54 for the day.
