A gang of five met at Oak Meadow to play. Eric, Sam, Jim, Jeff and Doug were greeted by the March of Dimes festival, which occupied part of Vasona Park requiring a re-routing of play for the day. Doug claimed the first deuce at hole two, ad hole three yielded a deuce to four players. No more deuces were made on the front nine, though. Sam lost a disc to the brambles on hole eight and Jeff had some OB trouble on the hole also. Eric scored a bunch of pars to get a 26 on the front nine. Two bogeys balanced Doug's deuces, leaving him at 27. Jim was at 28, Sam 30, and Jeff came in with 39.

Eric had an OB on hole eleven, but managed a par for the hole anyway. Sam, Jim and Doug got deuces from good drives on hole twelve. Jim scored another deuce on the next hole. Meanwhile Jeff forgot how close the hole was to the water and sent his approach swimming in the stream. Jim charged with another deuce on hole fifteen. Eric and Doug charged back with deuces on seventeen.

When the scores were tallied, we found a three-way tie among Eric, Jim and Doug, all with 52. Sam recorded a 60 and Jeff a 73.
