Doug, Nate, Chris, and Eric gathered to play Cuesta I. Doug scored a deuce on hole one, that he couldn't see, but everyone else claimed as hit. Eric scored the first ace of the year at hole two with a roller into the tree base. Nate managed a deuce to stay close. Everybody scored a deuce at the famous willow tree, with Eric being close to another ace. Doug and Nate scored deuces on hole six. Doug, Chris and Eric all hit for a deuce on hole seven too. Doug bogeyed hole nine to leave a blemish on his scorecard. After nine, Eric had two deuces to go with his ace for a 23. Nate had three deuces for a 24, while Doug had four deuces to tie with a 24. Chris had two deuces to come in at even par.
Nate and Eric had O.B. experiences on hole ten. Doug, Nate and Eric all hit wonderful deuces at the playground cylinder. Nate, Chris and Eric all deuced hole twelve, as Doug flubbed his putt. After a rounds of pars on thirteen, Nate and Eric each pulled off a deuce. Good drives by Doug, Nate and Eric produced more deuces for them on hole fifteen. Nate and Chris had O.B. experiences trying to clear the big grassy meadow, while Eric had one of the best drives ever on this hole to produce a wonderful deuce. Nate hit a long deuce on seventeen to the bent tree on the hill above the meadow. Everybody parred the final hole.
Eric continued his winning ways, claiming a 46 for the day, with a pair of 23's. Nate had a pair of 24's for a 48. Doug squeezed under 50 with a 24-25, and Chris had a pair of 27's for a par round of 54.
