Taeguek Pal-Jang (Taeguek Eight):
Taeguek Pal-Jang blends the fast and the slow, switching stances at will, incorporating double kicks and multiple step hand techniques.

Facing North, Chareut, Chenye.

Step into left extended walking stance facing North, double fist guarding block, right reverse punch.

Double front kick right leg, then left leg, landing forward in left extended walking stance, left inside block, right reverse punch, left forward punch.

Step forward into right extended walking stance, right forward punch, co-power.

Pivot 270� on right (front) foot N-W-S-E until facing East in left old-style extended walking stance, simultaneous left low section block and right reverse outside block to the rear.

Draw right (rear) foot up into left walking stance, right double hand uppercut.

Cross-step left (facing South) until facing West in right old-style extended walking stance simultaneous right low section block and left reverse outside block to the rear.

Draw left (rear) foot up into right walking stance, left double hand uppercut.

Fold hands out to the North, then pivot 270� on right (front) foot W-S-E-N until facing North in left L-Stance, double knife hand guarding block, shift into extended walking stance, right reverse punch.

Right front kick landing behind in left extended walking stance, stepping back into right cat stance, right inside knife hand guarding block.

Move left (rear) foot to right (front) foot, then out facing West in left cat stance, left outside single knife hand guarding block.

Left front kick landing in left extended walking stance, right reverse punch.

Draw left (front) foot back into left cat stance, left inside single knife hand guarding block.

Shift right (rear) foot 180� W-N-E until facing East in right cat stance, right outside single knife hand guarding block.

Right front kick landing in right extended walking stance, left reverse punch.

Draw right (front) foot back into right cat stance, right inside single knife hand guarding block.

Move right (front) foot back to left (rear) foot, then out until facing South in right extended walking stance, right double knife hand low section strike.

Left front kick, hesitate, then right front kick and co-power, landing forward in right extended walking stance, right inside block, left reverse punch.

Pivot 270 on right (front) foot S-E-N-W until facing West in left extended walking stance, left knife hand outside block, right elbow strike to the temple, right backfist to the temple, left forward punch.

Shift 180 W-N-E until facing East in right extended walking stance, right outside knife hand block, left elbow strike to the temple, left backfist to the temple, right forward punch, co-power.
