HOW TO PRINT APPLICATION FOR STUDENT RESIDENCE This application is designed to print on 8-1/2 x 14" paper (1 sheet)(I use the HP Laserjer 5 printer). Using the Netscape browser, to print the application for student residence at Grambling State University:
PAGE SET UP
- Go to "Page SetUp" from the "File" menu.
- Set top & bottom margins to 1/4" (.25").
- Set left & right margins to 1/2" (.50").
- Do not select a header.
- Do not select a footer.
- Print as usual.
NOTE: Do this once you are on the application page and are ready to print.
REMINDERS
- Type or print in dark ink.
- Complete all items that apply.
- Be sure to enclose the appropriate fees.
- You will need to restore your printer settings to after printing this application.
- Use your browser's "BACK" button to return to the previous page.
If you are ready to print, go to the Application for Student Residence and print hard copy.
