TIGER ANNUAL FUND DRIVE

Grambling State University's Tiger Annual Fund drive is underway, we thank you in advance for your donation and support. If not you, then who?

PRE-ALUMNI COUNCIL

A Pre-Alumni Council (PAC) is being formed at Grambling State University. The purpose of the PAC is to:

  1. Diligently encourage individual contributions to Grambling State University.
  2. Promote the university, its interest, goals, and future among current students, alumni and friends.
  3. Give maximum assistance in raising funds during annual campaigns for Grambling State University.
  4. Stimulate an awareness among students of the need to become active members in the Pre-Alumni Council.
  5. To aid, assist and promote the Grambling University Alumni Association (GUNAA) and other affiliated offices.
  6. Perform all other such duties as are delegated by the President.
  7. Organize all social events of the Pre-Alumni Council.

ALUMNI DAY/HOMECOMING WEEKEND

COME AND JOIN US FOR AN Alumni Day/Homecoming Weekend Celebration - October 29 - 30, 1999.

Alumni Day is scheduled for Friday, October 29, 1999. Many activities are being planned. Alumni Convocation, Luncheon, Socials and Reunions for the classes of '49, '59, '69, '79, '89, and '99.

Homecoming is scheduled for Saturday, October 30, 1999. Grambling State vs. Texas Southern - 1:30 P.M. - Robinson Stadium.

DRIVE THE SCHOLARSHIP DOLLARS ON HOME TO GRAMBLING

Show your pride for Grambling State University. Order a GSU License Plate today! With this purchase, you will be contributing to Grambling's Scholarship Fund. This contribution is tax deductible. Normal license registration fees still apply. This offer is for Louisiana Residents only. License plates can be purchased at any local office of motor vehicles within the state of Louisiana. Drive your ride with GSU pride. Get your plate today! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A GSU ALUMNUS TO PURCHASE GSU LICENSE PLATES. The following requirements should be met to make purchases.

  1. Must be a Louisiana resident;
  2. Must present auto registration;
  3. Must present proof of insurance;
  4. Must present old license plate (number);
  5. Must make payment with cash, money order or personal check.

Twenty-five dollars from the sale of each license plate goes to support a needy student at Grambling State University.
