After a year here at Christ the King,
am sure you have noticed many improvements made to the Church,
both inside and outside. These changes have been made possible
thanks to the donations of some very generous parishioners. These
donations include the chandeliers in the vestibule and sacristy,
announcement racks and linoleum floor in the vestibule, lawn
and flowers planted alongside the church, planters at the entrances,
four bronze benches, flagpole, sign reading "Christ the
King Roman Catholic Church" and the lights surrounding it.
Also, the flowers for the altar are donated every weekend. I
believe that the Church does not only bring Jesus to the people
through ministries to the sick and poor, but also ministers in
bringing Jesus to the people through beauty. I thank you for
your support throughout this past year and pray that God will
continue to bless each one of us. PAX!
