8 Grounds of appeal

1/ Robinson, J. disregarded the means available for assisting parties to consider
the improvement of their relationship to their children.
Section 43(d) of the Family Law Act

2/ Robinson, J. disregarded
(a) the children's right to know and be cared for by both their parents;
(b) the children's right of contact, on a regular basis, with both their parents;
(c) the parents shared duties and responsibilities concerning the care, welfare
    and development of their children; and
(d) the parents obligation to agree about the future parenting of their children.
Section 60B. (2) of the Family Law Act

3/ Robinson, J. failed to consider any wishes expressed by the children.
The children in these proceedings have consistently expressed their wish
to spend time with their father, and to visit their family in New Zealand.
