European Economic Area, as a resident of Norway, which is a member of the EEA, can obtain residency and work permit in any other member country with simply a documented offer of any job (no additional requirements or 'special' job status are necessary).
EEA Members include: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
