Claims to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the newly-established
International Criminal Court and domestic claims of international treaty violations.
Property
Especially claims of unlawful taking by the government, unlawful evictions
and claims of landlord neglect.
Appeals
All issues in most areas of practice at the appellate level, including research,
writing briefs and oral arguments.
General Practice
The general practice of all other areas of law, including personal injury,
bankruptcy, wills, products liability, family and juvenile matters and civil litigation.
