Wonder Man vs. Vision, for the Scarlet Witch's love

Plot -
The Avengers (Iron Man, Black Panther, Thor, Firestar, Justice, and Captain America)
slowly wind down after the Ultron affair by practicing in the Play Room. Justice,
recovering from his star-struck manner of finally achieving his dream of becoming an
Avenger, plans to work out with Thor. Meanwhile, the Scarlet Witch finally confronts his
ex-husband, Vision, about their relationship. In the Avengers' lobby, Cap, Wasp, and
Giant-Man look out their window only to see Avengers' protestors just outside there door.
The Black Panther and Iron Man show up, each trying to find a way to stop the protests.
But their discussions are halted when an explosion is heard in a near-by room. The
Avengers rush in, only to find an awe-struck Scarlet Witch looking towards the sky. The
Witch quickly explains that the Vision knocked Wonder Man across the room and then fled,
with Wonder Man in pursuit. High above New York, the Vision explains his mysterious
actions: his feelings of just being someone else, in particular, Wonder Man. (The Vision
was created from Wonder Man's brain patterns by Ultron.) The Vision felt the only thing of
his personality that was his entirely his (his love for the Scarlet Witch) has been
revealed to be another part of Wonder Man's psyche, now that the Witch and Wonder Man are
dating. But then Wonder Man reveals his feelings of inadequancies over his life, and how
he is jealous of all the Vision has. The Vision, both surprised and confused, leaves
Wonder Man alone to think over where his life has taken him. Wonder Man returns to the
mansion to tell them of the Vision's disappearance, but in the Himalayas, a mysterious new
threat is starting to grow. |
