Calvin Parker, Charles Hickson 10-11-1973 "The big one always gets away"
At 7pm on the evening of October 11, 1973, Calvin Parker and Charles
Hickson were fishing from the Pier at Shaupeter Shipyard in Pascagoula,
Missippi, when a blue light shown behind them. They turned to see a 20 foot
long oval object land nearby. Three alien creatures emerge and moved toward
them. The five-foot-tall creatures had horribly wrinkled skin which had a
pale gray pigment to it.Although humanoid, they had no neck, their arms
ended in clawlike hands with only two fingers, and their legs seemed to be
fused together. The hideous vision made Parker faint. Hickson was carried
off by one of the creatures, while another carried the unconscious Parker.
They " floated" toward a brillantly lit room where a large " eyelike"
device "examined"Hickson minutely. After the exmination Hickson and Parker
were both "floated" out of the UFO and deposited back on the river bank.
The two men, after some hesitation and a few drinks, told their story to
the local sheriff, the incident soon became headline news. Both men passed
a lie detector test.Neither Parker nor Hickson would submitt to hypnosis
since they were unsure of the effects of the test and nothing further could
be gained in the investigation.
