Question::   In Your opinion, how does the gorean philosophy, fit in with the society of Earth 1998?

_Trajan_::   It does not really fit in girl, But if one tries to apply the teachings, the ideas and most important," The CODES!!!,"to the world we live in today. It will help this many people in their walk through life. The world we live in now lacks many of the teachings it once had way back when we were growing as a society. Honor was never treaded on unless willing to Die for it. I would hope people who have read the books would find that the hidden meanings can help them to live a better natural life. A thought came to mind about the gorean warrior codes that say:      " Be strong and do as you will. The sword of others will set your limits"      (Book 9, page 10)

Question::   What brought You to Gor from the BDSM realm ?

_Trajan_::  provided. I had just learned how to use my computer and wanted to surf the net and find other people with like minds like myself. A Buddy of mine told me of the chat rooms, so off i went. I walked from a BDSM channel to a Gorean channel and from hearing of this fantasy world of Books. I found it funny how many people fought about how real it really can be. How can anyone really think they are Gorean?  I laughed. I visited many channels that I now call Disney Gor channels and they only proved to me and my friends that Gor is a joke.

One channel...SIlk&Steel on dal net was very different back then. I walked into this channel and acted as I would in the other Disney channels and soon found myself corrected. Many people acted in different ways to my actions and not taking it for real. In fact Two fellows drew swords on me and I laughed when they killed me. These were not ops, but the ops watched and then told me to learn the ways and the famous "visit our web site, be gorean, or be gone." Then, I said to myself. I will show these asses and game as well as they can. I went off and gathered the books and read them. As I read through the books things started sinking in and the teachings of what the books were saying and I saw the light.

_Trajan_::   I was not complete but rather found the missing link to taming the she larl in every woman and the way you walk with codes among the people about you. This wasn't a joke, To this day the Gorean ideas are still in my heart and soul. I try to explain this to other fellows who I gather with in my real life and IRC. I only Hope they too can see the missing link one day.

Question::   Would You say Your more BDSM than Gorean?

_Trajan_::   I would say now with the help of Norman's teachings I am Gorean as much as you can be on earth. which means. I believe in the teachings but don't own a tarn or drink paga.

Question::   How do You personally measure Your success as a Gorean?

_Trajan_::   My success is measured and tested each day. It comes down to my actions and how I do not walk away from the codes. I have learned and keep them close to me. The walk is not easy but the long haul is worth it. Moreover, I find it also helps me to handle things better in the management field I work in.

Question::   If You were a Gorean animal, what would You be? (Larl, sleen, tarn, etc.) ..Explain why.

Question::   What aspects of BDSM do You invoke into the Gorean Lifestyle?

_Trajan_::   I would have to say...it is the other way around for me now...for I put this into the BDSM arena. I tend now to show these people, lost in BDSM, another side to life. The natural way of living. It is up to them to grasp it or stay lost. They know me as a person with Gorean ideas and know not to test my ideas for I will stand up for my beliefs.

Real Life Issues

Question::   For many, to bring the Gorean Philosophy into their Earthly lives: the cost and sacrifices are great: What has been Your greatest sacrifice to date?

_Trajan_::   My greatest sacrifice to date would be the loss of a few good slave girls. A slave begs into my steel, and then one day she begs out of it. It does not matter how dear she is to me, she is but a girl. And once she has chosen to walk away, and not trust our relationship, she may no longer come back. It is one of the hardest lessons to learn. The lesson of a lost collar. The rest of the Gorean philosophy came easy to me and has been easy and natural.

Question::  Your currently training a slave in Real Life ...what was the hardest adjustment for You to move her from IRC to RL? and for her?

_Trajan_::  The girl has a hard time learning that it is not IRC, her actions are dealt with swiftly and with justice. She learns to actually serve me as she would do so in channel. Paga would be Diet Pepsi...Bosk would become steak... and so forth. She has had a hard time learning and doing some of the positions. Belly and Sula Ki come to mind. Very hard for girls not in shape at the start. I also understand, that they were not bred as a slave, and many errors will happen and an adjustment time is needed. for her to get use to what is expected No slave is perfect. But she should learn to try to be obedient and pleasing always. In time the pieces will fall into place. It would be great if they were breed to be slaves like on Gor. My job would be easier.

Question::  How often per month would You say Your served food/drink in the "atypical" Gorean manner?

_Trajan_::  Daily I am served in this manner. When I am home of course. I don't expect it totally when I am out in public. But, then there are adjustments in public and looks I give to make sure I get the service I demand.

Question::  We know IRC training is hard to do, and that RL training is always more beneficial, in Your opinion, does IRC training lend a good base ?

_Trajan_::  Yes, Irc is a great place to start in learning the Master and what he will expect in real life. The base is only as good as the teacher. The girl can learn the basics of Gorean teachings and have a better start in her move to real life, a slow way of testing the water is best to prevent the shock to the system.

Question::  In regards to "contracts" do You believe they have a place in the Gorean lifestyle?

_Trajan_::  I do believe in contracts with business people, as for the kajira. No!!!

She is a girl nothing more. When I am done with her, or find her of no further use. She is sent away. We will travel along the path and what comes of it will come.

Contracts are like setting up failure. And allows the slave to top from the bottom.

Question::  In Your opinion, should a Master love/respect His slave?

_Trajan_::  Yes I believe so. As a person would a flower or rose if you abuse it or fail to water it. It will die. a slave needs to be loved and shown she is pleasing which falls into the respect part. When she is obedient and pleasing. She is in heaven. And when she is a bad little girl. She feels the wrath of Hell upon her she picks the road she wants to live. I am only the one who shows her what is along the road

Question::  In Your opinion, what is the major responsibilities of the Master in a real life relationship?

_Trajan_::  MY major responsibility is to be a Master I am in charge, the leader, the teacher, the counsel, the lawyer (grins) the Judge, the (evil grin) the executioner. Once she has submitted to me she depends on it from her master, in order for her to grow into the sexual woman that she is.

Question::  How is discipline handled ?

_Trajan_::  Depends on the action. Lets say when a girl wants to pout and feels too needy, she spends the night in the closet. I do this from time too time to slaves. I get to know the girl, and Know what buttons will get her attention to hear my words. She is given to her what is expected and how she is expected to handle them most. Most of the time with a real life slave, time away from her master is best, for she will feel the emptiness, the loss.

_Trajan_::  Yes...and those on IRC as well girl. But to live with the master, in the same house, yet the girl is not allowed in areas shared with him. And hearing him and not being able to see him or speak to him can impact her more. I once had a girl who did not obey my words to stay in her room and crawled out. I made it easier for her to obey me by chaining her to the eye hooks in the ceiling and allowing enough chain for her to use the bathroom if needed.

Question::  In Your opinion, is it the slave's responsibility to support the Master?

_Trajan_::   NO!!! It should not be expected of the girl. I do expect her to hold a job and to bring in her part to the relationship for her kennel. But I am the main bread winner. So, I don't care what job it is. She needs to stay busy and not watching Oprah.

Question::   Do You believe in setting aside a certain amount of Your slave's income, in case she should ask for release or You release her?

_Trajan_::   That is sorta like setting up for failure. In the past, I gave the girl what she brought into our relationship to move forward with her life away from me. Nothing more, nothing less. I do believe she should have something to fall back on and not just kicking her to the streets. She has given up everything in her life, the least I can do is make sure she has a new start away from me. The money that is brought in from her job is placed in my account to be handled with the bills we both have. In no way do I set aside money for her. Each relationship you hope that the girl will be in your collar for good. And nothing in life last forever, just depends on how you play the cards you are dealt with. When that time comes, I will figure out what she needs to set her off on her own once again..

Question::   In Your opinion, is it the Master's responsibility to oversee retirement accounts, savings accounts, expenditures? In Your opinion how far should a Master go in His slave's financial matters?

_Trajan_::   Well, if she is an accountant I would say let her do what she is trained to do. For the most part the girl is not and the Master should be in charge of everything. He is responsible for the relationship and its outcome. A strong and responsible master will have a back up plan if needed. But again, Sharing this for both to live together and not planning on it to fail.

Question::   What is the normal mode of dress for Your slave?

_Trajan_::   Around the house, I prefer silks showing a bit of ass. And a nice ass is framed nice with panties up the ass. I like to be able to rip things off when I take a girl. As for around town, I allow the girl to dress herself with some guide lines that I set in the beginning of the relationship. Hair and make up always done. Nails perfect with my colors I pick out. Everything will be pleasing to the eyes. The girls appearance will be in good taste, yet some sex appeal to it. I feel a girl has a better idea what makes her look pretty, but if I feel she does not look pleasing to me. I will take that over as well. and dress her. _Trajan_::   NO!!! I am Master, she is slave. I am in control and know her limits. If she yells out to take control, then I am a fool for not being a master but a Dom. (Cringe) The girl knows this before she begs for my steel collar and knows what happens if she does. NO to me, is like my slave begging for more.

Question::   What advice would You give to anyone considering moving from online to RL ?

_Trajan_::    For the slave; To wait to beg the collar and to learn from this master if you can fully submit to him. The wait depends on how much time is spend. It takes time but not for ever to beg for the collar and should not be taken as if your asking to be married. Once you have been given the hints to beg for his collar, do not wait too long for it will be taken away as easy as it was given. Two weeks is too fast I would say and Two months would be way too long.

For the Master: To learn of the girl, to fully interview her, put her through her steps, work her to the max to find breaking points like a Captain of a submarine. Take her down to "crush" depth to find out how she holds out. Then you will have an idea what limits she has. And know the fine line you will straddle.

For both; Meet in a public area, like a restaurant. A few meetings is good to start out slow and to make sure that the girl is a she not a he/she.
