A brief note about the dress

This item was coded to be a parent for various other dresses, which can be customized according to the colour of the dress. It also has a feature whereby you can see an ASCII sketch of the dress.

Basic Description

This gown is made of the finest royal blue sisal. Immensely puffed sleeves begin at an off-shoulder neckline edged with white lace. The puffs are gathered by white ribbon at the elbow, leaving a leaf-shaped frill of blue sisal to extend down behind the arm. The waist is bound in a wide sash of white ribbon, which gives way to a full skirt ending in a flounce just past the ankles. The dress has a definitive touch of elegance about it.
