Since the Alliance became the dominant body that fight until the Malaysian gained freedom. After that , when Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al -Haj, read the declaration of Independence on the morning of August 31, 1957 which is now celebrated annually as National Day - Day celebrating independence.
