St. Mark's Church
Brithdir

The village of Brithdir is situated in the Wnion Valley, East of Dolgellau. It is a long drawn out village with the church and school at one end and the village hall at the other.

The school was built for a predominantly rural population, and still has some 20 plus members.

The church is a Grade I listed building built in the style of an Italian country church. It contains a unique example of beaten copper pulpit and altar frontal.

The average congregation is approximately 10 with services every Sunday at 10.00 in English. Morning Prayer is on the first Sunday of the month, with Eucharist on other Sundays. Any people visiting the area are warmly welcome to all our services.
